TikTok API Data Deletion Instructions

1. Scope of These Instructions

These instructions apply to data AlcaAds receives from TikTok when a User connects a TikTok identity or advertising account and authorizes the integration. Depending on the permission and product configuration, this may include TikTok login identifiers and profile details, advertiser account information, campaign, ad group, and ad configuration, performance reports, pixels, events, and related analytics metadata.

AlcaAds accesses this information only after the User authorizes the relevant connection. A User can withdraw that authorization at any time. AlcaAds does not receive a User's TikTok password.

2. Revoke AlcaAds Permissions

Option A: Disconnect inside AlcaAds

1. Sign in at app.alcaads.com.
2. Go to the workspace's Integrations or Connected Accounts area.
3. Select the TikTok connection.
4. Choose Disconnect and confirm.

Option B: Revoke through TikTok

You may revoke AlcaAds directly from TikTok's connected-app, permissions, or account settings available to your TikTok account. TikTok controls the labels and location of those settings. Revoking access at TikTok prevents future authorization from that account, subject to TikTok's technical propagation. For complete deletion from AlcaAds systems, also submit the request below.

3. Request Deletion of TikTok API Data

Email support@alcaads.com with the subject “TikTok API Data Deletion Request.” Please include:

• The email address associated with your AlcaAds account;
• The connected TikTok username, open identifier, or advertiser/account ID, if available;
• The AlcaAds workspace name, if you use more than one workspace; and
• A clear statement that you want AlcaAds to delete TikTok API data associated with the connection.

For your security, we may ask you to verify control of the AlcaAds account or authority to act for the advertiser before deleting data. A request may cover one connected TikTok account or all of your connected TikTok accounts; state your preferred scope clearly.

4. What AlcaAds Deletes

After verifying the request, we disable the affected connection and delete or de-identify the applicable TikTok API data in active systems, including stored authorization tokens, TikTok account and advertiser identifiers, campaign/ad group/ad records, reporting and analytics data, pixel metadata, event metadata, and other data retrieved for the connection. We also remove the association between the TikTok connection and your AlcaAds workspace unless retention is required for the limited purposes described below.

We may retain the minimum necessary record for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, accounting, audit, dispute resolution, or to document completion of the request. These records are access-restricted and not used for the AlcaAds product. De-identified, aggregate operational statistics may remain where they cannot identify you or the connected account.

5. Processing Time and Confirmation

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified TikTok API deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex or an applicable law allows an extension, we will notify you of the delay and the expected completion date. Residual data in encrypted backups is removed through normal rotation, generally within 90 days after deletion from active systems.

We will send confirmation to the verified request contact when the deletion process is complete or explain any data we are legally required to retain.
