For all requests, include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or workspace without sending passwords, full payment card numbers, API secrets, or other highly sensitive credentials by email.

2. Privacy Requests

To exercise a privacy right—such as access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or information about our processing—email support@alcaads.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Please provide the account email, the nature of your request, and the country or region relevant to your request. We may ask for verification to protect your data.

3. Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of an AlcaAds account or Personal Data, email support@alcaads.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” For all data obtained through authorized TikTok APIs, use “TikTok API Data Deletion Request” and identify the connected account if available.

4. Technical Support

For sign-in, account connection, campaign-management, reporting, analytics, pixel, event, or application issues, email support@alcaads.com with the subject “Technical Support.” Include a concise description of the issue, the affected workspace, relevant time and time zone, and non-sensitive screenshots or error messages if available. Do not send TikTok passwords, authorization tokens, or API secrets.

5. Legal and Security Questions

For Terms of Service, contracts, intellectual property, regulatory, or other legal questions, email support@alcaads.com with the subject “Legal Inquiry.” For a potential security issue, use “Security Report” and provide a high-level description; we will arrange a secure method for sensitive technical details if needed.
